In the Complex Structure Studio, I designed an innovation and technology center in Düsseldorf’s port, integrating a campus and residential facilities. My proposal addressed a visual and accessibility disconnection along the site’s central axis by linking it to the city via the Clock Tower, a key landmark guiding circulation paths. The design divided the site into two zones: structured residential units near the city and community and educational spaces near the industrial area, fostering collaboration and a balanced integration of living, learning, and industry.
